In 12 minutes, establish a heavy Clean & Jerk single. (Aim to go heavy, but remember your form).

 

Rest 3 minutes

 

Then straight into:

 

“GRACE” - 30 Clean and Jerks FOR TIME. 

Men 60kg

Ladies 40kg

 

Aim for big sets. Join your reps. Breathe.
